B2Digital Reports 126% Q/Q Topline Growth, Projects Current Quarter Acceleration, Major Expansion in Fitness Facility Strategy

Tampa, FL – ( NewMediaWire ) – December 03, 2020 – B2Digital Incorporated (the “Company” or “B2Digital”) (OTCMKTS:BTDG), the premier development league for mixed martial arts (“MMA”), is excited to update shareholders on the Company’s outlook and the accelerating organic and strategic growth underway in its Gym segment, as well as its performance related to this strategy during the three months ended September 30, 2020, and its expectations for related performance during the current quarter ending December 31, 2020, and beyond.

Note that projections and guidance outlined below assume an absence of further regulatory lockdowns related to Covid-19 as well as the widespread distribution of a safe and effective vaccine during 2021.

“Based on the strategy we have in place – and the assumption that we don’t see major new pandemic-related shutdowns that impact the business – we are targeting $4-5 million on the topline over the rolling forward next twelve months,” commented Greg P. Bell, CEO of B2Digital. “This is based on the growth we are seeing now and the continued successful implementation of the company’s roll-up strategy in our Fitness Facility segment, which is the real breadwinner in our broad vision. We are already on pace to more than double the topline on a sequential quarterly basis into year-end.”

During the three months ended September 30, 2020, B2Digital saw a 76% jump in Gym revenues on a sequential quarterly basis. In addition, the Company increased overall revenues across segments totaling topline growth on a sequential quarterly basis during the quarter of 126%. Management also notes that, based on performance thus far and an assumption of no new pandemic-related shutdowns relevant to its current fitness facility operations, it projects a pace to achieve double the top line revenue in Q3 compared to Q2 of this year for the three months ending December 31, 2020.

In addition, the Company plans to continue its roll-up strategy in the fitness facility market over the coming twelve months. The Company’s objective is to acquire one to two new gym facilities every quarter with our goal to increase these acquisitions as the spread of Covid-19 decreases nationally. Thus far, each acquisition the Company makes in the fitness facility space is believed to represent at least $400K per year in rolling forward next twelve-month revenues based on past historical performance.

At this pace, given current metrics and assumptions, including no major return of mandated pandemic-related shutdowns relevant to its current fitness facilities, the Fitness Facility segment could achieve just shy of $4 million in revenues over the rolling forward next twelve months if the company’s acquisition objectives are executed as planned. Paired with a conservative assumption of $75K – $100K in monthly revenues from its live MMA events, encompassing 3 planned fights a month at current revenue achievement rates per fight, the Company believes it has the potential to achieve total revenues of at least $4 to $5 million over the rolling forward twelve months.

“Each acquisition we make in the Fitness Facility space is

Nipomo Dentist Reports ‘Options for Straightening Teeth’

Dr. Douglas Ng of Nipomo Family Dentistry reports that these days, there are many more options for straightening teeth than the dreaded metal braces. Kids and adults can benefit from the choices that include invisible aligners, lingual braces that are hidden behind the teeth, braces with ceramic parts, as well as the traditional metal braces.

NIPOMO, Calif. (PRWEB) November 12, 2020

Every method has its place depending on the condition of the teeth and jaw and the family dentist is the best professional to help determine when it is time to start teeth straightening treatments. Conditions such as crooked teeth, gaps between teeth, crowded teeth and more can contribute to increased risk for tooth decay and periodontal disease, speech problems and even jaw pain.

Sometimes, surgery to realign the jaws is needed along with an appropriate alignment method.

The options include:

  • Invisible aligners are clear, removable devices made of clear plastic trays that slip over the teeth and move them slightly towards their correct positions. The patient receives a new aligner approximately every two weeks and wears each new set for at least 22 hours a day. The devices are easy to remove, making it easier to stick to good brushing and flossing practices. Invisible aligners are gaining popularity with tweens and teens because they are nearly invisible and don’t subject the wearer to the embarrassment of a mouth full of “train tracks. Invisible aligners are also a less expensive option that braces, although children have been known to lose them because they are so easy to remove.
  • In 2015, around a million people in America were wearing braces. Today, over 4 million are wearing metal braces making them the most commonly used method for straightening teeth, especially severe problems and are the most inexpensive option. However, they can cause speech problems, irritate the mouth, and adjusting them can cause headaches. Plus, some foods are not recommended while wearing braces because they can bend or break the wires. Brushing and flossing take special attention.
  • Ceramic, tooth colored or clear versions of metal brackets, with tooth colored wires are also available. They are certainly less noticeable than wire braces and move teeth much faster than invisible aligners. However, they are much more expensive than metal braces and can stain if not properly cared for.
  • Lingual braces are placed behind the teeth and are less visible than the traditional metal braces. They can be quite uncomfortable and require a longer adjustment period. Speech can be affected and they can make the tongue sore form rubbing against the brackets and wires.
  • Surgery may be recommended when the jaw is not formed properly and may be causing a severe

San Luis Obispo Dentist Reports the Top Dental Concerns for Teens

Daily brushing and flossing and limiting sugary food and beverages are always at the top of good dental practices regardless of age. The tween and teen years do highlight some special concerns and Dr. Douglas Ng, a dentist in San Luis Obispo, CA is pleased to bring these concerns to the attention of parents and teens.

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (PRWEB) November 11, 2020

The late teen years are the time that wisdom teeth begin to erupt through the gums, often causing pain and complications. Wisdom teeth come in between 17 and 21 years and they often do not have enough room to completely grow in. Problems can include pain, infection, tooth decay, gum disease and damage to adjacent teeth. The dentist may recommend removing them to prevent more problems, or when removal is part of getting braces.

Along with problematic wisdom teeth, the teen years are often the time kids get braces, start smoking, getting mouth jewelry, and participating more assertively in sports.

  • The tween and teen years are often the time of life when kids get braces and extra attention is required to maintain a healthy mouth. Follow the dentist and hygienist’s instructions to the letter and keep all of your appointments. The dentist may recommend avoiding foods that might break or bend the wires, such as nuts, popcorn, or sticky foods.
  • Smoking is a very unhealthy habit for all of the body, not just the mouth. Along with causing bad breath, and ultimately contributing to heart and lung disease, smoking contributes to gum disease, tooth loss and oral cancer. Tobacco stains teeth and even the tongue, dulls the sense of taste and smell, and contributes to slow healing after dental procedures.
  • Oral piercings and tongue splitting don’t really look that cool, and might be dangerous to health. The mouth contains millions of bacteria and piercings and tongue splitting can easily become infected, resulting in serious complications such as hepatitis or endocaritis. Jewelry inside the mouth damages tooth enamel and can chip and even break teeth.
  • Wear a mouth guard during any sport including skateboarding or snowboarding. Mouth guards help protect your teeth from being broken or knocked out and cushion blows that could damage the lips, face, and jaw. Ask your San Luis Obispo dentist for the best mouth guard.

Other issues that can surface with teens include eating disorders and drug addictions. Early signs of certain eating disorders or substance addictions can also show up in the mouth.

  • The stomach acids from repeated vomiting erode tooth enamel, especially on the inside of the teeth.
  • “Meth Mouth,” a term describing the stained, rotting and crumbling teeth associated with methamphetamine use, happens

L.A. County reports 1,590 coronavirus cases, 4 deaths amid rise in Southern California infections

Los Angeles County public health officials on Sunday reported 1,590 new cases of the coronavirus and four related deaths.

The numbers brought the county’s total to 309,197 cases and 7,074 deaths.

There were 799 confirmed coronavirus patients in county hospitals on Friday, with 28% in intensive care, officials said. Though hospitalizations have increased slightly, they remain far below the 2,220-plus patients seen during the peak of the outbreak in July.

Still, many Southern California communities are reporting increases in the number of cases recorded each day, a concerning trend that has some officials worried that transmission of the virus could be on the rise.

In order to determine when a county can move to the next phase of reopening under California’s four-tier plan, the state monitors how many cases have been reported per 100,000 residents over a recent seven-day period. In larger counties, the rate is adjusted to account for how much testing is being done.

L.A. County’s adjusted case rate increased last week to eight per 100,000 residents, from 7.6 the week before.

In Orange County, which reported 233 new coronavirus cases and one death Sunday, the case rate ticked up to 5.1 from 4.6 the week before. Riverside County reported its most recent adjusted case rate at 10.1, up from 9.1 the week before. And San Bernardino County reported an adjusted case rate of 11.9, up from 10.9.

L.A., Riverside and San Bernardino counties all remain in the purple tier, the most restrictive, meaning risk of transmission remains widespread, and most nonessential businesses are closed for indoor operations. To move into the next tier, red, a county must have an adjusted rate of no more than seven cases per 100,000 residents.

Orange County is classified within the red tier. In order to move into the less-restrictive orange tier, which means that the risk of transmission is considered moderate and some indoor business operations can resume with modifications, the county must reduce its adjusted case rate to four cases per 100,000 residents.

It’s not clear what is driving the increase in cases in Southern California. Some officials have blamed parties as likely contributors, particularly gatherings celebrating the recent Lakers and Dodgers wins.

The trend is also playing out elsewhere across the United States, which on Thursday broke the single-day record for the highest number of coronavirus cases, then did so again Friday.

This story originally appeared in Los Angeles Times.

Illinois institutes COVID-19 restrictions in all 11 regions as U.S. reports 81K new cases

Nov. 1 (UPI) — U.S. COVID-19 cases spiked in the Midwest on Sunday as current and former health officials warned that Thanksgiving gatherings could further increase the spread of the virus.

The United States reported 81,227 new cases and 862 new deaths bringing its world-leading totals to 9,189,715 infections and 230,870 fatalities, according to data collected by Johns Hopkins University.

All 11 regions in Illinois will be placed under resurgence mitigations including prohibiting indoor dining and bar service, closing outdoor dining at 11 p.m. and limiting gatherings to 25 people or less beginning on Wednesday as Region 2 recorded an average positivity rate above 8% for three consecutive days.

“As cases, hospitalizations and deaths are rising across our state, across the Midwest and across the nation, we have to act responsibly and collectively to protect the people we love,” Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker said.

Illinois recently reported three consecutive record-breaking case days including 7,899 new infections on Saturday.

The state broke the streak on Sunday as it reported 6,980 new cases and 35 additional deaths, bringing the state’s total to 417,280 infections and a death toll of 9,792, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

A surge in hospitalizations has also been reported in the region as Ohio recorded 1,629 hospitalizations as of Friday — the state’s highest number since the pandemic began in March.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and a member of the White House’s coronavirus taskforce, drew heat from the White House on Sunday as he contradicted President Donald Trump’s message that the United States is “rounding the turn” on the virus, warning the country is primed to experience “a whole lot of hurt” as winter approaches.

Dr. Scott Gottlieb, who served as commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration under the Obama administration, said “things are getting worse around the country” citing 23 states that are accelerating the spread of the virus and 15 states reporting a positivity rate above 15%.

“I think Thanksgiving is really going to be an inflection point. I think December is probably going to be our toughest month,” Gottlieb told CBS News’ Face the Nation.

Gottlieb said, however, he doesn’t believe the United States will reinstate widespread lockdowns as Europe has done in recent weeks.

“I don’t think the political support is here for that even at the state level. I think you’re going to see targeted mitigation. States take local actions, but we’re going to have to start taking more aggressive actions,” he said.

CANBERRA, Australia (AP) — Australia has recorded no new locally transmitted coronavirus infection for the first time in five months.

In Melbourne, the capital of Victoria state, which had the highest number of cases in the country, residents were enjoying the first weekend of cafes, restaurants and pubs reopening to walk-in customers.

The city only has one mystery case without a known source. There are 61 active cases left across the state, down from 70 on Saturday.

State Deputy Premier James Merlino hailed Sunday’s zero figures as “another great day for Victoria,” but urged caution ahead of Australia’s most-prestigious horse race on Tuesday, the Melbourne Cup, known as the “race that stops a nation.” Australians traditionally gather in bars or in private homes to watch the event, a public holiday.

The race attracts crowds of more than 100,000 at Melbourne’s Flemington race course, but this year it will held without fans because of restrictions on public gatherings.

Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton urged Victorians to enjoy the Cup but to continue obeying guidance on mask-wearing and social distancing.

“The great majority of Melburnians know what do to,” Sutton said. “There will be a few who may be a bit liberal in their behavior.”

Sutton said the new wave of infections in Europe showed how quickly the coronavirus can reassert itself.

“What Europe is going through now is a consequence of not being able to get to this point where you can stay on top of very low numbers,” he said. “What we have created is very precious and we need to hold onto it tightly.”

New Hampshire Reports Record High Positive COVID-19 Test Results

CONCORD, NH — Gov. Chris Sununu, R-NH, issued a weekend statement Saturday after state health officials reported the highest single day of new COVID-19 positive test results — 205, including 31 children.

The new test results were reported after 7,927 specimens were collected Friday and prior days of tests were updated slightly from previous reports. A little more than 1,100 test results are pending for a polymerase chain reaction test positivity rate of 1.6 percent.

“The situation here in New Hampshire remains very serious, the data shows that community transmission is increasing, and we expect cases to rise,” Sununu said. “We must all remain vigilant in our daily lives. As we enter these winter months, it will be more important than ever to wear your mask, practice social distancing, and maintain proper hand hygiene.”

Nearly a quarter of the new test results, 50, came from Rockingham County with 27 living in Hillsborough County outside of Manchester and Nashua, 19 residing in Nashua, and 13 living in Merrimack.

State officials are still investigating the residency of eight cases.

Fifty-three percent of the new positive test results were female.

The state reported that 42 people are currently hospitalizations while only one of the new cases has no identified risk factors.

Accumulatively, 11,084 people have contracted COVID-19 in New Hampshire with 1,338 currently infected and 9,263, 84 percent, having recovered from the virus.

The State Joint Information Center also announced the 483rd death in the New Hampshire — a woman who was 80 years of age or older and lived in a long-term care setting in Hillsborough County.

More than 345,000 people have been tested for the coronavirus with nearly 617,00 PCR tests being administered by the state and 4,400 people under public health monitoring.

More Possible Restaurant Exposures

Both state and Nashua health officials issued alerts during the past 24 hours about possible restaurant exposure to the public.

Nashua Public Health is investigating potential community exposure related to a person with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis at the Texas Roadhouse on 580 Amherst St. The potential community exposure occurred in the bar area between 3 and 10 p.m. on Oct. 22, and 11 a.m. to close on Oct. 23.

“The health and safety of our staff and customers is our top priority,” Eric Martin, the restaurant’s director of food safety. “We have been following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting our facility. We follow all reopening guidance for food service establishments from the state.”

Public health is investigating the situation and notifying any known close contacts directly but if you were at the restaurant during those dates, you should self-quarantine, monitor for symptoms — sore throat, congestion, runny nose, headache, muscle ache, fatigue, new loss of taste or smell, fever, cough, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, and get tested.

State health officials said contact tracers were investigating another possible community exposure in Merrill’s Tavern and Stagecoach Grille at the Atkinson Resort & Country Club between 11 a.m. and 11:30
