Oral Sex Games for the Best Penis Health

Although some couples stick to an "intercourse exclusive" arrangement, many others like to expand their boundaries beyond penetrative penal-vagina sex – and for these couples, oral sex is an obvious alternative. There's nothing wrong with traditional oral sex by any means, but the more playful couples may wish to add a dollop of extra fun to their proceedings, and so may be interested in what games they can play to make the oral experience even more engaging. As long as a man's penis health or a woman's vaginal health is not called into question, jumping into oral sex games can be part of a good, healthy relationship.

Simply by using their imagination, couples can come up with oral sex games of their own devising. However, to jump-start the process, the following are a few games they may wish to try to add to the experience.

Oral sex dice

There are countless variations using dice to direct oral sex activities. Perhaps the most basic is for one partner to roll the dice. The number on the dice determines the length of time they administrator orally to their partner. For example, depending upon what method of measurement has been agreed upon, a woman who rolls a seven might give her man's penis seven licks or fallate him for seven minutes.

But there can be other variations. For example, have the two dice stand for different things. One dice stands for, say, the number of minutes an oral activity must be performed. For the other dice, each number has a different meaning, such as:

– One – traditional oral sex

– Two – oral sex with an ice cube in the mouth

– Three – focusing solely on the balls (for the man) or the breasts (for the woman)

– Four – oral sex while humming

– Five – both partners perform orally on each other simultaneously

– Six – roller's choice – whatever he or she wants to do orally

Guided by a game show

Pick a televised game show, preferably one with only two competitors or two teams. The man chooses one contantant / team, the woman the other. When one person's protestant or team is up, they are receiving oral sex from the other, and vice versa. If their choices compete against each other at the same time, both partners go at it simultaneously.

Favorite dessert

A messy but tasty game, each partner selects his favorite dessert and recreates that on their partner's midsection. So the woman who loves a banana split plops three scoops of ice cream on the man's banana, adds sauce, nuts, whipped cream, etc. And – bon appetit! Afterward, the man indulges his desire for chocolate cake by spreading icing all around his partner's vagina.

Drinking game variation

Select a movie or TV show. Whenever someone says or does a certain thing, one of the partners performances oral sex on the other. For example, if watching a football game, the man goes down whenever team a …

Book Summary: Launching a Leadership Revolution Written by Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady

Everything rises and falls on leadership. The fate of our country in the coming years will be determined by jobs and small / medium sized businesses. To run these organizations effectively, leadership is needed. Orrin and Chris do an excellent job profiling the five stages of leadership.

Why is this important to me?

I don’t want to waste your time and I want you to get actionable information from this summary. With that said, there are a couple of components that I want to point out as it relates to influence. Leaders sell the difference between their vision and today’s reality. If the vision is compelling and the leader has character and integrity, people will follow.

People need to be hone-able, honorable and hungry to become leaders. Leadership takes effort. I can personally tell you that leading people is not easy. I am also a beginning leader with a lot to learn. To gain mind share of people, you have to influence them and compel them to the cause.

Launching a Leadership Revolution discusses 5 levels of influence on the leadership staircase. For the sake of time, I will profile each part in summary. Leadership can be like herding cats because people are different. To that end, it is the goal of the leader to unite people toward the common cause.

1. Learning – Continuous learning is required now for any field especially leading. You have to be committed to learning every day. This needs to be a habit. You cannot influence people in mass if you are not willing to take the hits and do the work. Learning leads to better performance and enlightenment. Without it, you cannot lead. The world is to sophisticated today for ignorance. You need to be a lifelong learner.

2. Performance – It is not the number of hours you put into an endeavor but the effort you put into the hours. Leaders have to perform. NFL Coaches have a three year life span. If they do not perform and create a winning team, they are fired. People expect performance and want to follow winners. Everybody remembers Muhammad Ali and George Forman. Do you remember Ernie Shavers or Jerry Quarry? These two fighters were good but they were not the champions. There are a couple of keys to performance: 1. 80/20 Rule – focus on what matters and discard what doesn’t and 2. Parkinson’s Law – Focuses on effectiveness and states that a task swells to its allotted time table. Shorten the deadlines on tasks and they will get done. In college, how many of you finished term papers in the last week before they were due? This is Parkinson’s Law in its negative affect. The term paper could be done in one week instead of 15 weeks.

3. Leading – “To serve is to rule” – Leaders know that they have to serve others to get the job done. Selfish egotistical leaders will typically be stuck in positional leadership which is the lowest …

The Truth About Being Fit: Why The Buff Gym Fans Are Less Healthy Than They Think They Are

Everywhere you look whether it’s magazines, TV, or other sorts of advertisements like internet, there are information and articles about fitness and health, and suggestions to what responsible people should do, health-wise. You can’t afford to not wonder what the fuss is all about and wonder if you are giving it enough emphasis yourself. How many times do you think about the actions you do daily to contribute to your wellness? Most people know in their hearts that they have been leading unhealthy lifestyles and that’s why it is normal for most to look the other way rather than to talk about it more seriously.

Being healthy and fit are not the same things first of all. You can be fit but you might not be that well. Being fit has a lot to do with a person’s tolerance of pain and their ability to endure certain strength training. Whereas, a well person has high immune system and has a healthy, and balanced lifestyle therefore well people don’t easily get sick and once they do, they recover much faster.

Given the fact that most people in the modern days are leading hectic lifestyle, they give little attention to being fit, and well. Therefore, only few people truly understand the meaning behind it and why it is important. It is amazing how few people know and truly understand what it takes to be fit and healthy. A lot of us go and think we can just work out at the gym and build toned body to be healthy and totally forget to take care of our immune system and how well it is functioning. That’s why people don’t get it when they hit 40 years old and get diagnosed by their physicians for having many diseases, even though they’ve been hitting the gym their whole life.

It could be because they have been focusing only to build nice-looking bods, or doing cardiovascular exercises to shred pounds, without looking after health or the purpose of exercise at a bigger picture.

The reality is that to be attractive one needs to also be healthy. It is human’s biological way to find partners is to look for healthy ones to mate with for healthier offspring. And most of us just get it all wrong by only exercising but neglecting the other aspects of self-maintenance; eating right, stress controlling, and getting enough sleep.

As well as the well being of the body, the spiritual well being is equally responsible for your overall health. It is simply put like this; whatever is in your mind, it is manifested into your reality. Taking care of your mind and controlling or eliminating stress can do significant benefits when it comes to pursuing longevity and quality life. That is why Yoga has become more and more popular and recommended by physicians who are well-informed of holistic approach to better health and well being. It helps minimize many major health problems like how to lower cholesterol naturally and how to …

Fitness After Retirement

There is a great deal written about health and fitness but very often the over 60s sector is overlooked. However, this is the age where fitness and mobility are most important. After working for forty or more years and being continually active many retirees make the mistake of sitting back and doing very little. This is the wrong stance to take as if your mobility is not taken advantage of it could restrict your basic day-to-day activities.

It has become all too easy to fall into the trap of ready meals and eating at fast food outlets; offers that seem to be financially appealing but repeatedly taken advantage of can have an adverse effect on your arteries. We are all aware that consuming five a day of fruit and vegetables can lead to a healthy life but a few tomato slices on a pizza does not constitute one of the five.

To maintain mobility, an active lifestyle is essential but this does not mean spending hours in the gym pumping iron. Walking, swimming and cycling are three simple ways to maintain health and remain supple. As we all get older the usual aches and pains begin to take hold which is sometimes due to arthritis and many pensioners think that the best way to combat this condition is to rest. This is incorrect as it has been proven that exercise like walking has a beneficial effect on arthritic joints such as knees and ankles.

Taking up any form of exercise after being partially inactive for some time, should be embarked upon, but only after taking the advice of a medical professional. Exercise should also be taken in stages beginning steadily and increasing gradually. Too much too soon, will result in setbacks and unnecessary pain.

As well as having countless physical advantages, regular exercise can also help your brain function as the flow of blood is increased as your heart rate rises. This, in turn, could reduce the onset of dementia and a number of other ailments that can be brought about by inactivity.

It has become obvious that in many countries obesity has reached epidemic proportions and along with this, diabetes and a number of other related medical problems. When you put on weight your waistline generally increases and a good way to check if you could become diabetic is to measure your waist. If your waist measurement doubled is more than your height then you could become a victim of this affliction and face the rest of your days taking medication or having to inject yourself on a regular basis.

So, the answer is simple – use it or lose it! Look after your body and it will serve you well; abuse it and it will let you down when you least expect it.…

Loss of Appetite in Children and When Should You Worry

Before coming to the conclusion that your child is losing her appetite, it is very important to understand what the term means and what is the time when you should worry and take action. Many parents compare their children with others and if they find that their children do not eat or eat less than others, they conclude that it is losing of appetite.

What is loss of appetite?

The term means not feeling hungry or not having a desire to eat anything. There are varieties of reasons why a child experiences a reduction in appetite. Often when this is occasional, parents should not worry. If your child starts thinking that she needs to lose weight or wants to be thinner, talk to your doctor. This is a physical illness called anorexia which needs to be treated along with counselling.

Causes of problem with appetite in children

  1. Slow rate of growth

When there is change in growth, it can cause children to lose their hunger. The growth rate in first year is rapid, but it slows down after one year gets completed. So, if there is a decline in appetite due to this, it is quite normal.

  1. Stress

Surprisingly kids have to go through many stress moments and this may have negative effect on toddlers and children which includes loss of appetite. So, if this is the cause you need to identify the stress and try to alleviate it.

  1. Depression

Depression is a big reason behind deterioration of appetite in children. Most of the parents do not figure out depression in their children. If you observe lack of hunger in your child, it is a clear indication for that.

  1. Sickness

Some illnesses cause reduction of appetite in children. If you see sudden change in your child, check whether she is suffering from sore throat, fever or something else. Most children recover their diet as soon as the discomfort is over.

  1. Medications

There are some medicines that take away appetite from children. If your child is undergoing any treatment or has just completed one, ask the doctor to prescribe some appetite booster to regain her appetite. If it is a side effect of antibiotic, it will take a little bit of time.

  1. Anaemia

Anaemia is also one of the causes behind lack of desire to eat in children. Anaemic children are weaker, thinner and irritable. Treat this because it may interfere your child’s development and academic performance too.

  1. Anorexia nervosa

This is a psychological aversion of eating which children develop in order to become like their screen idols. If you feel this is the case with your child, take her to an eating disorder specialist and get this treated.

  1. Constipation

Irregular bowel movements in children make them lose their appetite. Check out the symptoms and if they match, treat it.

  1. Intestinal worms

Worms enter into kid’s digestive system and live there. These can also make your child lose interest in eating. Get the tests done and get it treated at the …

How to Get Rich as a Cartoon Animator

I was a professional animator and animation director for television series and major motion pictures for thirty years and I was the Instructor of Character Animation for the Freshman class of Cal Arts for a couple of years. As an independent producer of animated films I followed my muse and made award winning * animated music videos. So I have some experience in the Animation Industry.

My students at Cal Arts would occasionally ask how one gets rich as an animator. Back in the Second Golden Age of Animation newspapers reported that Disney animator Glen Keane made a million dollars and the students came to believe this was the going rate. I pointed out that Glen Keane's salary made the news because it was the exception, not the rule. Also, the papers did not give details. The million could have been a potential if the films he worked on since separately profitable, he might have been given royalties and his million may take the rest of his life to accrue. It made a big impression on the students never the less so I tried to answer their question of how to get rich in animation.

The quick, easy answer is; You do not. Again, Glen Keane was an extremely rare example and very, very few individuals will ever attain his status. He rose to the top of his field when the field was blossoming into what became known as "The Second Golden Age of Animation" and was during the economic boom time of the 1990s. Like the good old times of the Clinton years, the Animation Industry in America is long gone for pen and pencil artists but I did develop a plan to give the students back then that I would still recommend today.

To get rich in the field of Animation one must own a character that becomes a "star". Please notice, I said "own" and not "create" since there is a not too subtle difference. Most of the famous and successful animation legends we remember from our youth did not actually create their signature characters but hired a designer to do it for them. Does anyone remember who actually designed the character of Fred Flintstone for Hanna- Barbera?

First, you need to have a character with "star" potential which means a unique enough concept that is readily identifiable. An example might be my former Cal Arts student's creation for Nickelodeon Studios, Dexter of Dexter's Lab. Take one quick look at him and you can instantly tell he is a "child scientist". Or another student's show, The Power Puff Girls who are super heroes that are in Kindergarten. In both of these cases they took a simple character; A little boy and three little girls, andave them "jobs" traditionally associated only to adults; Scientist and super heroes. Instantly understandable and funny. It is also extremely important that these characters are of very simple graphic design, easy toimate, easy to recognize at a distance and easy to print onto …

What to Look For When Evaluating a Medical Billing Vendor for Your Practice

If you've been practicing medicine for any amount of time you will probably agree that the healthcare industry has become incredibly complex in the past few years. Thanks to ever-evolving regulations and shifting reimbursements models, doctors are forced to streamline their operational processes in an effort to cut expenses and increase revenue.

One of the best ways practices can increase their revenue and stay competitive in a sometimes-shaky marketplace is to outsource their billing to a third-party vendor. But how do doctors ensure they select the right partner?

First by asking themselves a series of questions, and then asking their prospective partners another series of questions.

Questions to Ask Yourself

What are My Particular Pain Points?

Any billing company worth their salt will have policies and procedures in place that will maximize the efficiencies of your practice's work flow and minimize the time it takes you to get paid. And, at this point in time, all quality vendors will have strict compliance programs that will ensure security, privacy and confidentiality of protected patient data.

But beyond these generalities that any physician requires, what are your particular challenges or issues you face on a daily basis? What are your personal pain points? What are your preferences – cloud-based or enterprise-wide solutions?

Once you have a list of your preferences and challenges, you will be more easily able to communicate them to potential partners.

What Stipulations Do I Require in the Contract?

A partnership is a two-way street and an effective contract will outline the vendor's scope of work clearly as well as your responsibilities (ie provide all necessary documentation and authorization for services). Since using a generic contract template is asking for trouble, get some legal advice and determine your requirements: effective dates, termination clauses, compliance requirements, service reimbursements parameters and scope of work.

In What Ways Can My Billing Partner Help me Grow my Practice?

The right billing partner should not only be able to handle your payments and claims, they should also be able to counsel you and evaluate the health of your practice. Ask yourself what kind of assistance you need to determine if your current admin policies, staffing levels, and IT resources are sustainable. How can your billing partner help you make the necessary preparations to meet future goals?

Questions to Ask Prospect Partners

What Technological Capabilities Do You Offer?

Good billing companies offer more than help with claims and reimbursements, they have a breadth of knowledge when it comes to the best technology available to meet your needs and regulatory requirements.

Ask vendors what their experience is with EHRs, practice management systems, and if their solution can integrate into your existing systems. Remember, technology is multifaceted and should help you meet the clinical, administrative AND financial needs of your practice.

Is the Billing Company ICD-10 Ready?

At this point in the game, all billing companies should be up-to-speed with ICD-10, there simply is no excuse to be unprepared. Ask your prospective partners if they have completed …

The Nutritional Health Benefits of Tungsten

Tungsten is a chemical element whose atomic number is 74. Tungsten can be cut with a hacksaw in an impure state. It is very hard and corrosion resistant. It is heave and is a steel grey transitional metal.

Tungsten can be found in the minerals wolframite (iron-manganese tungstate), scheelite, ferberites, and hubernite. The nutrient has strong physical properties. The nutrient has a higher melting point then any other non-alloy metal.

The biological role of tungsten has enzymes oxidoreductases that use tungsten similar to molybdenum by using it in a tungsten-pterin process.

In Fallon, Nevada urine tests of cancer patients and their families showed elevated levels of tungsten. The CDC however says that though there is no data available that actually makes that connection.

There isn’t that much information out there on Tungsten, however, it can be beneficial to ones health when combined with the correct nutrients. We have found out during our ten years of research in to nutrition and various alternative natural health supplements, that by taking certain nutrients with other nutrients needed, the therapeutic benefits can be elevated to extreme levels.

Not many supplement manufactures are aware of this however, and on top of industry wide problems such as toxic contaminants and the actual ingredients not being in many health products available, the actual products produced can be low quality. The only person that sufferers is sadly, you, the consumer.

To address such problems we advise you find a natural supplement manufacture that complies with pharmaceutical GMP compliant facilities, such places are the strictest in the world for the manufacture of dietary supplements.

We also recommend that you email the company to confirm if they have a certificate of analysis on file. This confirms that the listed ingredients are the nutrients contained in the product you are interested in purchasing.…

Leadership Model For A 21st Century Health Care Organization

There is a growing trend for leaders to break the old autocratic model of leadership to newer models using the concepts of shared and participatory leadership. With the every increasing complexity of health care delivery and the new skilled work force, leaders will have to communicate in an atmosphere where a reaching organization objective is a shared responsibility. According to Bennis, Spreitzer and Cummings (2001) in the future the landscape of health care organization will become more decentralized, which will promote agility, proactivity, and autonomy. Future leaders may move away from singular roles to shared leadership networks that may themselves alter the foundations of the organization. The demands for shared leadership or leaders shifting roles on teams will continue to increase. Health care organization will foster the development and empowerment of people, building teamwork and shared leadership on all levels. The leaders of the future will be guides, asking for input and sharing information. Telling people what to do and how to do it will become a thing of the past (Bennis, Spreitzer and Cummings, 2001). In the 21st century the dynamics of health care will offer leaders who have the ability to motivate and empower others a platform to maximize an organization human resources. Leadership will have to be committed to encourage a two way communication in which the vision meets both the organizations objectives and the employee’s needs. This assignment will develop a leadership model for the 21st century that addresses the role of commitment model of shared and participatory leadership in health care organizations.

Commitment model of leadership

Fullam, Lando, Johansen, Reyes, and Szaloczy (1998) suggest effective leadership style is an integral part of creating an environment that nurtures the development of an empowered group. Leader effectiveness is simply the extent to which the leader’s group is successful in achieving organizational goals (Fullam et al., 1998). In the 21st century health care organizations will need leaders that are committed to developing employees in a team environment. In an environment where leadership is transferable according to objective commitment leadership has a shared purpose. Kerfoot and Wantz (2003) suggested in inspired organizations where people are committed and excited about their work, compliance to standards and the continual search for excellence happens automatically. In these organizations, compliance continues when the leader is not present. This type of leadership requires the team leader to use all available means to create three conditions among individuals: (a) shared purpose, (b) self-direction, and (c) quality work. Leaders who create commitment among their employees believe in creating a shared vision that generates a sense of shared destiny for everyone (Kerfoot & Wantz, 2003).

Involving others in leadership is a unique process which is deeply rooted in individuals believing they are a part of the process of meeting organizational objective and purpose. Atchison and Bujak (2001) suggest involving others in the process is important because people tend to support that which they help to create. People resent being changed, but they will change if they understand …
